This was in the year 2014 and I am forever grateful for the acquintances whom we forged mutual,respectable and meaningful professional engagements.

Persistence equals resilience and the greatest failure in life is not taking any risks at all is my most treasured mantra that I learnt from Dr.Achieng 'OngÓngá , Former Managing Director Kenya Tourism Board. He emphasized that discipline,focus and creativity was the key to internalize and deliver after the conceptualization of a vision.Understanding of products and services and passionately falling in love with your brand is also what leads to efficient service delivery.

A satisfied customer is repeat sales and finally consistent recommendation to build subsequent databases.Customers will always have varied options and so many stations will offer similar products but what is important is how to package onself as a quality solution offering brand.You must be able to rise above competition to capture intended clientele's attention and propel them to gravitate towards you.Demographics and pricing aside,remarkable and long lasting efficient service delivery is what the greater public needs.

I reminisce on the days we had such brainstorming sessions in our prospecting meetings.
